Wild Willow Company Policies

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due upon booking Wild Willow Company services. This deposit amount will be applied to your final payment. The remainder of your payment is due one week (7 days) before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon between client and Wild Willow Company. An invoice will be sent via email to the client.

Revisions to your event booking are also due at the time of final payment. After initial payment, any additional requests made within one week of the event date must be paid for immediately once confirmed by Wild Willow Company. For any reductions to the event booking (i.e. reducing the amount of an item), refunds will be issued via check. Refund checks will be mailed the following week to the billing address provided by the client.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Wild Willow Company requires one week (7 days) of notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within seven days of the event date will receive a refund minus 50% of the overall event cost. Please note that your initial deposit is non-refundable.

If you would like to reschedule your event, Wild Willow Company would be happy to do so! If a rescheduling request is submitted within 72 hours of the original event date, a rescheduling fee of $50 will be applied. If you do not have a projected rescheduled date, a credit can be given to the client to use within one year of the original event date. If you wish to cancel any services provided by a third party vendor within two weeks of your event booking, the third party’s cancellation policy will apply to that service.

Inclement Weather

If inclement weather is forecasted, Wild Willow Company, third party vendors and the client must make a joint decision to continue with the event at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event date. Any client who demands that the event move forward, with inclement weather projected, assumes all risk with no expectation of a refund.

Liability

Wild Willow Company does not accept liability for personal injury, food allergies, destruction of property, or any illegal actions our clients may incur. If you are found to have purposefully destroyed public or Wild Willow Company property, you will assume and be billed the cost of all damages. Client is responsible for all rentals and items used for an event set up. A replacement fee will be charged for any missing or damaged items.

Alcohol

At this time, we are unable to provide alcohol on behalf of Wild Willow Company. If you are of age, and the location of your event allows it, you are allowed to supply your own alcoholic beverages at your event. Wild Willow Company is not responsible for any alcohol related incidents or violations.
